Mountain Top Development and DSW Homes LLC are proposing a 48-unit affordable workforce multi-family for families, homelessness and the displaced located in the Dominion Park community (Phase 1). The multi-family will consist of efficiencies, one- and two-bedroom units and will have supportive services available for the residents.     In 2024, we are proposing to develop a Seniors' only multi-family and community center on the property (Phases 2 and 3).

    ​​​​Mountain Top Development has developed a unique approach to help rebuild the community by selling trash bags (13- and 55-gallon size).

    Funds accumulated from the sale of the trash bags will be re-invested back into the community to create jobs, educational programs and meet the needs of the community by providing affordable housing and necessary services.
