    Mountain Top Development     is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that was established in October 2002.  The vision of Mountain Top Development is to give residents the opportunity to have a better quality of life.  This is accomplished by providing decent housing that is affordable to low-to-moderate income families, and by providing a safer living environment for all residents. What's unique about Mountain Top Development is that it is comprised of Veteran Police Officers wanting to give back by helping to rebuild the community.   

    Our management team consists of police officers, social program director, community liaison officer, manager, financial analyst and consultants who have a wealth of experience. Mountain Top Development has rehabbed and developed new single-family homes for low-to-moderate income families in the Houston and Pasadena areas.  Additionally, MTD has collaborated with other entities to mentor and provide transitional housing for ex-offenders in support of re-integration into the community as productive citizens.  Mountain Top Development is committed to improving communities throughout the City of Houston.  The ultimate goal is to provide decent and affordable housing to families that they may become self-sufficient and enjoy all life has to offer. 


    Mountain Top Development has a track record of being involved by cleaning up the community (beautification), sponsoring education initiatives, feeding the hungry, coordinating Back-To-School Drives, as well as annual Toy Drives for underserved kids.
